Step three: Apply now with our Secure Loan Application!

Step four: Your Mortgage is Funded (Closing)

Your Realty agent & seller will work together to designate an Title company to handle the closing. We will coordinate with the Title company making sure all the papers the are in order & you'll sign everything at the closing table.
