Some stored energy was released today in the tune of 60 million barrels of oil onto the market. Interest rates improved. And now we're back to the best mortgage rate levels of the year. These positive developments follow a short period of stagnation where volatility in the mortgage rate market kept us on the edge of our seats, but never really amounted to much changes on the interest rates.
